Downloading and sharing Pulse results

Maximizing insights and collaboration

Once your Pulse has ended, you can easily access and share the results. Here's how:

Downloading results

Downloading Pulse Data:

  • For individual questions,  click on the three dots and choose to download raw data, summary data, or a visual representation of the question card.
  • To download the entire Pulse dataset, click on the extract data icon. You'll receive your data in .csv format, allowing for further analysis. Summary data is also available for viewing results broken down by selected demographics.

Pulse Summary:

  • Explore the comprehensive Pulse summary by clicking on the "Analysis of Results" button at the top. The summary includes insights categorized into findings, insights, and a summary section, offering a holistic view of your Pulse results. You can download each section

Open Text Question:

Click the "View Open Text Analysis Report" button. This report breaks down responses into themes, interpretations, and actionable insights, and you can download each section

Sharing Results

Share your Pulse results with team members who don't have access to OnePulse using the unique share link generated for each Pulse. 

Please Note: Ensure that Pulse visibility is set to "ON" during creation and publishing for Pulse data to be visible on shared links.
