Can I re-run the same Pulse but exclude those who have already answered in my previous Pulse?

Yes! You can use our retargeting feature to send a Pulse to people who did not answer a previous Pulse.

In the results page of the Pulse from which you would like to exclude respondents, click the Re-target People button

Then select Target people who did not answer this Pulse:

You will then be redirected to a new Pulse where you can write your questions and answer options:

Please note that by using the Re-target People button, you will not be able to edit the demographic filters applied. The new retarget Pulse will use the same demographic filters used in the previous Pulse.
