We do not share client information, PII or any raw user data with OpenAI. To generate the AI Pulse surveys and reports, we only share the following information:
- Pulse research objective
- Pulse question & answer values
- Aggregated response data (raw data is not shared)
- Open text response strings.
All information is aggregated, and anonymized, and does not identify clients or consumers.
No data is shared unless you specifically press on an AI button to use the feature. You are not obliged to use this feature and you may choose not to participate at any time.
