Understanding question options

When creating questions on One Pulse, you have the flexibility to customize various options to suit your needs.

Comments: Enable the chat box on any question to allow respondents to provide additional comments or feedback. 

Shuffle: Utilize the crossed arrows icon to shuffle answer options, randomizing their order for each respondent.

Anchoring: Anchor specific answers by clicking the lock symbols next to them, ensuring they remain in place even when shuffling is enabled.
